We start by walking your line with you - cook stations, prep tables, fryers, grills, ovens, refrigeration, and storage areas. This helps us understand your equipment, traffic patterns, and inspection priorities, so our cleaning plan aligns with your reality on the ground.

Grease-laden surfaces, backsplashes, and hoods are given intensive attention, reducing buildup that can contribute to fire risk and unpleasant odors. We scrub and sanitize prep tables, cutting surfaces, and shelving, helping to minimize cross-contamination and support food safety protocols. Floors are degreased and mopped, especially around fryers and dish areas where slips are most likely.

We clean exterior surfaces of equipment and, where appropriate, address accessible interior zones to remove baked-on residue. Handles, switches, and high-touch points are disinfected with products chosen to be both effective and appropriate for food-service environments.

Walk-in coolers, dry storage, and dishwashing zones are tidied and wiped so inventory and staff can move efficiently. Drains and corners, often forgotten during busy service, are cleared and cleaned to combat odors and pests.
